Diseases anywhere...Very pandemic...But we can prevent it."HAVE PROPER NUTRITION TO HAVE A GOOD CONDITION."But the question is,IS IT EASY TO BE TO BE HEALTHY and HAVE A PROPER NUTRITION?how????......
Eat a balanced diet..Eating abalanced diet does'nt mean getting rid of those fats inside your body.It simply means eating nutritious food.nutritious foods are those that are rich in vitamins and minerals.Have enough rest..Sleep at the proper time and sleep at least 8-10 hours.Exercise everyday.Walking is the simplest form of exercise.We also need to have our monthly check-up.This is for us to know whether we have a disease and for us to know our health status.Drink 8-10 glass of water everyday.This is for our body to get rid from the foreign bodies inside it.
Stay healthy.Be aware of the lifestyle diseases.Being in good condition is our wealth.Prevention is better than medication.Stay healthy and satisfy our needs.
